Dulce Maria no longer has the red hair as he had at the time that is devoted to the worldwide phenomenon RBD. Now, more mature, she launches into a solo career and is enjoying every little detail of his new album, Extranjera.

Dulce María
Of the 11 songs on the album, is the author of four and shows that besides talent, is as friendly as it was when I was in the group.Dulce diva is!
MMB-What is the coolest on your new album?
Dulce - The coolest thing was that this work had the opportunity to participate in the production of art on the disc, the selection of songs. Not to mention that, launching a solo album, is a great challenge as a singer.
MMB - What are the differences between the RBD and Extranjera?
Dulce - RBD CD's and my first solo CD is pop. There is not much difference in sound, but the different is I was even more involved in every detail of the album.
MMB - When your fans can see a show of your new album?
Dulce - I have a great desire to sing my songs live, but the show is not ready yet.
MMB - What did you do when the RBD over?
Dulce - RBD Once finished, I recorded the soap opera Love of Verano at the same time that production began on my disk. In the midst of this process, I did filmeAlguien Since the Ha Lupita? (Has anyone seen the Lupita in free translation), which did not hurt the production of Extranjera. Now, I'm 100% focused on my record.
MMB-How was your first solo performance after the end of RBD?
Dulce - I was very nervous, I confess. But when I went up the stage and saw everyone smiling at me, the nervousness is over. I was very happy with the energy the audience gave me. It was very different, since during the RBD, I shared the stage with five more people, and now I'm alone. I confess that I got to be afraid that people would forget. But during the time he recorded the CD, received the support of many people and matured a lot. Also, I realized that my responsibility has increased because the song have to defend myself now.
MMB - What do you think the Brazilian fans?
Dulce - Like the Brazilians, I am of delivery, when I like someone. And it's funny, but I feel part of Brazil. I was at the airport and I was thrilled to learn that there were dozens of people waiting for me.Unfortunately, for security, I had to go through another door and could not talk to the fans.

MMB - As a solo artist, you hope to achieve the success of RBD?
Dulce - RBD was a unique phenomenon. I confess I do not want to reach the success he has achieved. Now, my shows are more intimate, and I am aware that to achieve success now will be slowly, one step at a time.
MMB - Extranjera Why the name?
Dulce - During the time he wrote and recorded the songs on the album, I felt strange, foreign, because it was a new stage in my life, something I'm starting to know now. It's like being in a city every day, even a foreigner.

MMB-What goes in the head when you think about RBD?Dulce - Funny, but when I am in Brazil, I remember much of RBD.So much so that now, alone, is a little strange. But it was our decision to end the band, now every man according to his ways is the same.
MMB - What do you like more: to be an actress or singer?
Dulce - Music is definitely my passion. In music, I am myself.Anyway, I want to make movies and playing strong characters.
MMB - I wanted you to talk a bit about your foundation.
Dulce - In my foundation, I proverbs drawings and my clothes to help countries that have suffered environmental disasters, such as Haiti and Chile. In Mexico, help the Indians. In Brazil, the money raised goes to orphanages and asylums. We are also planting about seven thousand trees around the world.
